Usage Guide - Downloading

The images provided here are intended for use by journalists, editors and other members of the media, plus travel agents, PR and advertising agencies exclusively for use in promoting the resort that owns copyright of the images. Use or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited. If you are not a member of the media but would like to download images from this site, please contact us for permission.
Your name, publication name, email address and telephone number are required to download photos. All information you submit is protected under New Zealand Privacy Legislation and will not be shared with third parties or used to contact you without your permission.

Images may be used as illustration for articles or stories, with two conditions:
1. Prior permission to do so MUST be obtained.
2. Credit for the image MUST be placed next to or below the image, including the resort name and website URL.

Usage Guide - Storing Images

Resort owners or managers are welcome to supply high resolution images for their resort. These will be resized to suitable resolutions and stored on this site. If image changes are required once the initial upload has been completed, there will be a service fee of NZ$30 per image.
Registered users will find the address to send image CD / DVD discs to here. (Sign-in required)

This site is owned and operated by RESORT IMAGE BANK. Your use of this website and any materials available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to “Terms of Use”).  If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter referred to as “Site”, not use any of the materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

COPYRIGHT MATERIALS. 

1. "Materials” on RESORT IMAGE BANK shall constitute and be defined as any files, images, animations, photographs, or text available on RESORT IMAGE BANK.
   
   
2. All Materials downloaded from RESORT IMAGE BANK are licensed to you by RESORT IMAGE BANK on behalf of the Material owners.  Downloading these Materials does not transfer any title from these Materials to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you. 
   
   
3. You may under no circumstances redistribute or sell this content at any time, and it is illegal to duplicate, download, or distribute any Materials from RESORT IMAGE BANK except for your use, which is subject to the Usage Guidelines.
   
   
4. The design and layout, as well as all Materials provided on the Site is protected by New Zealand and International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

RESORT IMAGE BANK MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR THE RELATED DOCUMENTATION AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL RESORT IMAGE BANK OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSERS, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF RESORT IMAGE BANK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
